SHANNON ROWBURY is a three-time Olympian, Olympic Bronze Medalist, and World Record Holder in Track & Field. She is also a Duke University alumna, a women's sports advocate, and a mother.
After spending a decade ranked top-10 in the world, Shannon now translates her sports experience into the business world: Her innovative Medalist Mindset™ keynotes and workshops have helped Fortune 500 leaders leverage the sports performance tools of
Olympians to achieve business goals.
In 2024, Shannon made her NBC Sports debut as a Track & Field analyst for the Paris Olympics. Shannon is also a founder of Imagining More, a San Francisco based non-profit that
has earned support from the U.S. Department of State.
