A retired Army Ranger and Special Operations Chaplain with six combat deployments, Dr. Randall’s 28 years of high-performance leadership experience includes training and coaching more than 17,000 professionals—including U.S. Army Special Operations, Major League Baseball, NCAA Division I athletics, and Fortune 100 and 500 companies.
A West Point graduate and International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach, Dr. Randall is an ICF Course Proprietor and president of a 7-figure leadership coaching company, Vanguard XXI. His book, Practicing Excellence: Restoring Civility, Faith & Trusted Leadership in the Public Square, won the International Impact Book Award for Social Change, and is required reading in graduate programs at Emory and Regent University.
A lifelong martial artist, he holds black belts in Japanese Jujitsu and Judo and a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Married for 27 years, he and Jeanine are the parents of a daughter at West Point, a son at Auburn University (USAF ROTC and Baseball), and a son at Columbus High School.
